DemandBroker is the working name used for this website. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit demandbroker.com, contact us, or arrange a call. For privacy questions, contact tee@demandbroker.com.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a call, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company name, and what you would like to discuss. For online bookings, we also process the selected call time, timezone, and booking changes.
Our website and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as your IP address, browser information, request times, and error or security logs. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details, or sensitive personal information in the discussion field.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to you, arrange and manage calls, send booking confirmations, reminders and updates, provide meeting links, and operate and protect the website. A call request or booking does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Who receives information
We share information with service providers as needed to host the website, store booking records, deliver messages, and provide calendars and video meetings. Vercel hosts the public website. Render hosts the booking service and booking database. Google provides website fonts, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and booking email delivery through Gmail. Booking details needed for the invitation may be included in the calendar event and processed by the attendee’s calendar or email provider.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people and the service. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Browser storage and external services
The booking interface may temporarily keep an unfinished submission in your browser’s session storage so it can safely retry after an interruption. Google sign-in for the administrator uses authentication cookies or similar storage for admin access. The website requests fonts from Google, which receives technical request information. We do not currently use advertising trackers or optional analytics tools.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, manage the relationship or booking, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable measures to protect information. No internet service or method of transmission can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where necessary for legal obligations. Available booking management links let you cancel or reschedule. Those actions change the booking; they do not automatically delete its record or messages already sent.
Children
This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Changes and contact
